摘要
本文结合基础性研究的特点,分析指出了现有评价方法的偏面因素,提出了定性定量相结合的评价方法,并利用模糊数学建立评价体系。
The paper analyzes the lopsided factors of the evaluation method now available in combination with the characteristics of basic study, and put forward the qualitative and quantitative evaluation method and an evaluation system is set up by using fuzzy mathematics.
