摘要
针对现今土地业务管理部门的具体情况,根据应用型地理信息系统的设计要求,从系统分析、系统总体设计入手,提出了基于ArcGIS的土地资源信息系统设计的基本过程,包括系统设计的目的、原则、软硬件选型及系统总体结构设计等.系统采用三层结构模型,运用关系型数据库管理空间数据,真正实现空间数据和属性数据一体化的无缝集成.另外,系统引用COM技术和组件GIS技术,采用面向对象的系统分析和设计方法,确保系统软件的实用性、可靠性、规范性、可扩展性,提高系统开发的效率,降低成本,为土地管理部门的业务操作提供决策支持.
Being aimed at concrete conditions of land management,according to the demandment of GIS for application,starting with analysis of the system and the general design of system,puts forward the process of LRIS design based on ArcGIS,including the aim,principle,selection of software and hardware,the design of general structure of system.System adopts model of a threestorey structure,applies RDBMS to manage spatial data,realizes to gather spatial data with attribute data.What's more,system cites COM technique and component GIS,uses designed method geared to objects,ensures system practical,reliable,normal,extending,improves efficiency of system,reduces production costs,provides a strategic decision for land management.
