摘要
以人口规模作变量 ,运用城镇体系的异速生长模型和Zipf维数模型 ,分析了 1984~ 2 0 0 1年湖州市城镇体系时空结构的生长状态 .结果表明 ,在一个中心城市相对弱小、自然资源基本均匀分布、主导产业为劳动密集型产业区域内 ,中心城市并无竞争优势 ,相反由于次级城镇资源人口集聚的低成本 ,资源人口集聚速度高于中心城市 ,最后资源和人口在体系内均匀分布 ,区域无法形成具有较强竞争力的增长极 ,从而影响整个区域的可持续发展 .为改变这种状况 ,政府必须采取相应措施 ,使区域城镇体系时空结构生长呈优化的分形状态 ,促进整个区域的可持续发展 .
This paper analyses the construction growth state of the urban system of Huzhou city from 1984~2001 by means of the allometry growth model and Zipf dimension index model. The result shows the central urban area has not a competitive advantage, and oppositely the velocity of population and resource of the suburban area is higher than the central urban area due to a lower cost, and the central urban area is relatively weak. If the urban area can't form a stronger competitive force, the sustainable development of the whole area willbe affected. To change the state, the government must adopt relevant measure to promote the growth of the urban system so as to ensure the sustainable development of the whole area.
