摘要
以硫酸钛为催化剂催化丙酸与正丙醇的酯化反应合成了丙酸丙酯。研究了催化剂用量,醇酸摩尔比,反应时间,带水剂用量对酯化反应的影响,在最佳工艺条件下丙酸丙酯的收率为96.5%。
Propyl Propionate was catalytically synthesized by the esterification reaction of n - propanol with propionic acid by catalysis of Ti(SO4)2·4H2O. The effect of the amount of catalyst used, the molar ratio of n - propanol to propionic acid, reaction time and the amount of remove water reagent used on the esterification reaction were discussed. Under the optimun reaction conditions the conversion could reach 96.5% .
