多·福·咪种衣剂防治水稻恶苗病及苗期死苗研究

Study on Duo-Fu-Mi Suspension Concentrates for Seed dressing Controled Fusariummoniliforme and stage of Seedling disease of Rice

将咪鲜安(Prochloraz)、多菌灵(Carbendazim)和福美双(Thiam)按不同比例复配的种衣剂,分别对水稻恶苗病菌(Fusariummoniliformesheld)及引起水稻苗期死苗的镰刀菌(FusariumSPP)、立枯丝核菌(Rhizoctoniasolanik櫣hn)进行室内毒力测定。结果表明:复配种衣剂对恶苗病菌、镰刀菌和立枯丝核菌表现为不同程度的增效和相加作用,其中多福咪种衣剂Ⅲ表现最突出,对3种病原菌的增效比SR分别为1 72、1 11、1 21。田间药效试验结果表明:多福咪种衣剂Ⅲ以药种比(g/g)1∶100、1∶80、1∶50包衣水稻种子,苗期对恶苗病的病株率防效为94 6%～100%,穗期的病株率防效为88 8%～96 9%,并对苗期立枯病具有良好的兼治作用,相对防效均在70%左右。优于3种单剂对恶苗病及苗期死苗的防效。

The result of toxic tests indicated that the DuoFuMi Ⅲ showed the highest activity against Fusarium monlliforme?Fusarium sp and Rnizoctonia solani.The SR was 172?111 and 121 synergism rate these three kinds of pathogons.The mixtures of prochloraz?carbendazim and thiram in different proportions showed synergized and additive actions in different degree.Rice seed was coated with DuoFuMiⅢ at dosages 1%?125% and 2% individually,calculated by percentage of seed weight.The result showed the field control effect for Fusarium miniliforme 946～100% during the stage of seedling,and 888%～969% during the stage of fringe.The field control effect(Fusarium sp.Rhizoctonia solani)was 70% during the stage of seedling.
