不同浓度IBA和6-BA对百合组织培养的影响

Effect of IBA nad 6-BA on Tissue Culture of Lilium

研究了不同IBA,6 BA对百合组织培养过程愈伤组织增殖、芽的分化和生根的影响。结果表明:MS+0 5mg·L-16 BA+0 4mg·L-1培养基对愈伤组织增殖效果最好;最佳的分化和生根培养基分别为MS+0 3mg·L-1IBA+1 5mg·L-16 BA和1/2MS+0 6mg·L-1IBA。

The effects of different concentration IBA and 6BA on callus proliferation,bud initiation and striking root of Lilium in tissue culture are analyzed in this paper.The result showed that:Ms medium supplemented with 05 mg·L-1 6BA and 04 mg·L-1 IBA had the best effect on callus growth;the preferable media is MS medium supplemented with 03 mg·L-1 IBA and 15 mg·L-1 6BA and the preferable medium of rooting is 1/2 MS medium supplemented with 06 mg·L-1 IBA.
