Study on Employment Issue of College Graduates

随着1999年全国高等院校扩招,高校毕业生就业形势日趋严峻,其主要表现为结构型不平衡,专科生的就业状况与初次就业率是影响整个毕业生就业形势的主要因素。高校毕业生就业难的主要原因有政府宏观调控和政策导向、高等学校人才培养模式、社会需求和人才选择机制以及毕业生自身素质等诸方面的综合因素。解决高校毕业生就业难的对策:政府要加强宏观调控,完善就业市场,提供就业信息;改变大学教育培养模式,培养大学生自主创业能力;改革高等学校课程设置;扩大大学生选择学校和所学专业的自由度;全面提高大学生综合素质;增强学校、毕业生和用人单位之间的沟通。

With expanding enrollment in colleges and universities all over the country in 1999,the employment situation of college graduates is becoming increasingly severeIts main performance is the unbalance of structure typeThe employment situation and the first employment rate of junior college graduates are main factors which influence the employment situation of the whole graduatesThe reasons for employment difficulties of college graduates are following comprehensive factors including macro adjustment and control of the government, policy steering and their own quality of graduates. There are such measures for resolving this issue as strengthening macro adjustment and control of the government,improving employment market,providing employment information,changing train modes of colleges,fostering self-reliant capability of college students for starting an undertaking,reforming the curriculum of colleges and universities,expanding students' freedom to choose colleges and majors,completely enhancing the comprehensive quality of students,and augmenting the communication among colleges,graduates and recruitment units
