芦荟胶对皮肤激光术后局部炎症反应的影响

The effect of aloe glue on local inflammatory reaction caused by laser therapy

目的:观察芦荟对减轻太田痣和鲜红斑痣激光术后疼痛及缩短创面愈合时间的疗效。方法:接受多波长激光仪治疗的太田痣和鲜红斑痣患者80例随机分成试验组和对照组,试验组外用芦荟胶,对照组外用红霉素眼膏,比较两组患者术后疼痛及创面愈合时间。结果:试验组术后疼痛程度明显低于对照组P<0.001,疼痛持续时间和愈合时间均明显短于对照组P<0.001。结论:芦荟胶对减轻激光术后疼痛、促进创面愈合有明显效果。

Objective: To assess the effect of aloe glue on relieving pain and reducing the healing time after laser treatment of nevus of Ota and nevus flammeus. Methods: Eighty patients with nevus of Ota and nevus flammeus were treated by multi-waves pulse laser, and then divided into two groups at random. One group(aloe group) was treated by aloe glue after laser therapy, another group (control group) was treated by erythromycin ophthalmic ointment. Then the duration and degree of ache and skin healing time were compared between these two groups. Results: The duration and degree of ache in aloe group were significantly lower than that in control group(P < 0.001). The period of wound healing was significantly shorter in aloe group than that in control group (P < 0.001). Conclusions: Topical use of the aloe glue could be helpful to reduce the ache and wound healing time after laser therapy for the patients with nevus of Otas or nevus flammeus.
