按语:9月14日,在国家统计局工业交通统计司和中国食品工业协会共同举办的“2003年上半年食品工业运行情况发布会”上,国家质检总局产品质量监督司纪正昆司长,就当前我国食品质量安全问题和全国实施食品安全质量准入的基本情况做了精彩的发言。
On September 14, Industrial &Traffic Statistics Department (ITSD) of State National Bureau of Statistics of China, and China National Food Industry Association organized conference of the running situation of China Food Industry. Ji Zhengkun, The chief of ITSD made an excellent speech about food safety. In the past several years, the appearing that producing and selling fake and forged food took place constantly. To protect the people's benefit, from 2002 government implemented market access system of food safety.
