实验性外伤增生性玻璃体视网膜病变动物模型的改进 被引量:8

A new experimental model of traumatic proliferative vitreoretinopathy in rabbit

摘要 目的 建立一种简单的接近实际的实验性眼后节穿通伤增生性玻璃体视网膜病变 (PVR)的动物模型。方法 在兔睫状体扁平部作一 8mm长切口 ,将脱出的玻璃体剪除 ,用 8 0尼龙线缝合切口。将兔自体富含血小板的血浆(血小板密度为 2 2 4× 10 8/ml) 0 4ml注入玻璃体。定期观察眼底情况并选择照相。结果 术后第 3d玻璃体内开始出现增殖 ,第 12d出现牵引性视网膜脱离 ,第 2 8d及 3 5d视网膜脱离的发生率分别是 78 1%及 81 3 %。结论 这种新的外伤性PVR动物模型 ,接近人眼外伤性PVR的实际情况 。 ObjectiveTo develop an experim en tal model of traumatic proliferative vitreoretinopathy.MethodsThe standard w ound,a incision through the pars plana to the center of the vitreous,was produce d.The prolapsed vitreous was abscised,and then the wound was carefully closed us ing microsurgical techniques.0 4 ml autologous platelet-rich plasma in the 2 24×10 8 /ml of concentration was injected into the midvitreous slowly.Ani mals were observed with indirect ophthalmoscope two times weekly after surgery,a nd funds photographs were taken selectively.ResultsThe proliferation within the vitreous began at day 3 after injury,and retinal detachment occurred at day 12.The incidence of tractional retinal detachment was 78 1% and 81 3% at day 2 8 and 35,respectively.ConclusionThis model mimics human PVR closely,thus it is a new,simple and valuable experimental tool of traumatic proliferative vitreo retinopathy.
