青光眼滤过手术辅助用药的研究进展

Current research on adjuvant agent for glaucoma filtration surgery

滤过性手术对于大部分青光眼患者来说仍是控制眼压、维持视功能的最主要的途径。而术后滤过道瘢痕化是导致手术失败的主要因素。实验研究和临床应用证实 ,辅以抗增殖药物 ,可明显抑制瘢痕形成 ,提高手术成功率 ,但由此产生的毒副作用不容忽视。随着分子和细胞生物学的发展 ,青光眼术后伤口愈合过程及其调节机制进一步得以阐明 ,人们正在探索更为安全有效的给药方式和新的抑制瘢痕形成的药物。

Filtration surgery is a main way to control intraocular pressure a nd protect visual function for glaucoma at present.It is demonstrated that adjuv ant agent can obviously inhibit scarring and increase success rate of filtration surgery.However,the side effect of these agent still is a big problem.The heal ing process of wound and its regulation mechanism are being clarified with the p rogress of molecular and cell biology.More safe and effective adjuvant agent are under exploring.Anti-scarring agent being used clinically and new agent which have potential value for clinical practice are reviewed.
