大肠肿瘤COX-2表达和肿瘤血管生成的研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的 探讨环氧化酶-2(cyclooxygenase,COX-2)表达和大肠肿瘤血管生成的关系。方法 免疫组化检测大肠肿瘤COX-2表达、血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)表达,并测定肿瘤微血管密度(microvessel density,MVD)。结果 大肠肿瘤COX-2表达阳性组和阴性组MVD有显著差异(P<0.05)。偏相关分析显示COX-2表达和VEG表达相关(校正MVD因素,偏相关系数r=0.801,P<0.01),VEG表达和MVD相关(校正COX-2因素,偏相关系数r=0.392,P<0.01),COX-2和MVD不相关(校正 VEGF因素,偏相关系数r=0.138 0,P>0.05)。结论 大肠肿瘤COX-2表达和肿瘤血管生成有关,VEGF可能参与COX-2对肿瘤血管生成的促进作用。 Purpose: To explore the relationships between COX-2 expression and angiogenesis in colorectal tumors. Methods: The COX-2 expression, VEGF expression, MVD were evalulated by immunohistochemical method. Results: There was significant difference of MVD between COX-2 postive colorectal tumors and negative ones(P 0.05). Conclusions: The present findings suggest that there is some link between COX-2 and angiogenesis in oolorectal neoplasms, partly attributing to the effect of VEGF.
