摘要 目的 研究亚低温(mild hypothermia)治疗对窒息新生猪血糖及其代谢调节的影响。方法 生后7日龄上海种白猪25只,制备缺氧缺血(hypoxic ischemic,HI)模型,随机分成A组(t 36℃ 72 h,n=8)、B组(t 34℃24 h,n=8)和C组(常温对照,n=9)。分别于HI前、HI后即刻、HI后2、24和72 h测定血糖、血清胰岛素和皮质醇水平。结果 各时间点各组血糖、血清胰岛素和皮质醇水平比较无统计学差异。结论 体温下降2~4℃的亚低温治疗并未影响HI新生猪的血糖调节。 Purpose: To determine the effect of mild hypothermia on neonatal piglet blood glucose after hypoxic ischemic (HI). Methods: Twenty five 7-days-old piglets were subjected for hypoxic ischemic brain damage (HIBD) model by the method of temporary occlusion of the bilateral carotid arteries and followed by mechanical ventilation with low concentration of oxygen(FiQ2 = 0.06) for 30 minutes, the piglets were randomzied to following groups: group A (body temperature 36 °C for 72 h, n = 8); group B(body temperature 34 °C for 24 h, n = 8) and group C(normothermia, body temperature 38 °C, n = 9). The blood glucose, insulin and cortisol were measured at pre-HI,HI 30 min and 2, 24, 72 h after HI. Results: No significant diffe-rences were found in the level of glucose, insulin and cortisol in three groups at pre-HI,HI 30 min or 2, 24, 72 h after HI, respectively (P>0.05). Conclusions: No adverse influence on blood glucose accommodation of mild hypothermia was observed in the neonatal piglet with hypothic ischemic brain damage.
