经阴道宫腔造影对宫腔病变诊断价值的研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的 评价经阴道宫腔造影对宫腔内病变的诊断价值。方法 对 5 0例阴道不规则出血者进行常规经阴道超声检查 ,然后 ,宫腔内插入专用双腔宫腔造影管 ,宫腔充液 10~ 2 0ml后再进行经阴道超声检查。诊断结果与病理对照。结果 单纯子宫肌间肌瘤 11例 ,单纯黏膜下肌瘤 13例 ,肌间肌瘤合并黏膜下肌瘤 9例 ,子宫内膜息肉 7例 ,子宫内膜癌 4例 ,6例宫腔内未见病变。与病理诊断相符 44例 ,不符 6例 ,诊断准确率 88%。结论 经阴道宫腔造影可清晰地显示病变 ,有助于对宫腔内占位性病变进行诊断和鉴别诊断。 Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of transvaginal hysterosonography (TVHS) for uterine cavity lesions. Methods TVHS was performed on 50 patients with irregular vaginal bleeding. Special double channel catheter was inserted into cavity and 10-20ml normal saline was injected. The diagnosis were compared with pathological results. Results Of the 50 patients, 11 cases had intramutral myoma, 13 submucous myoma, 9 intramutral and submucous myoma, 7 endometrial polys, 4 carcinoma of endometrium, and 6 cases with normal uterine cavities. The diagnosis of 44 cases were supported by the patholgic results, and 6 cases did not. The accuracy rate was 88%. Conclusion With TVHS, the uterine cavity lesion can be observed more clearly, so it can be diagnosed more easily and accurately.
