孵化过程中鸡卵壳细微结构及四种元素含量变化的初探 被引量:2

摘要 用扫描电镜对孵化过程中鸡卵壳内表面结构及其变化进行了初步观察。在孵化第10~14天,卵壳内表面结构变化很大,蛋白纤维由粗、长变细、短,纤维网隙间的CaCO_3颗粒变小变少,渐渐消失。同时用等离子发射光谱分析技术测定、分析了卵壳内钙、镁、铁、锌四种元素在孵化期间的变化,发现占卵壳组成绝大部分的钙、镁变化趋势为减少,其中钙在孵化第18~21天时才发生大幅度减少。 The change of egg shcll's inner face in structure during incubation have been observed bySEM. Inner face structure of egg shell happened great change during incubated for 10~14 days, thicker,longer protein fibres became thinner and shorter. CaCO_3 particulates between fibre net also became smaller and littler untill disappeared. The egg shell change in four kinds of element content such as Ca, Mg, Fe,Zn during incubation have been detected and analysed by ICP. We see Ca and Mg which almost occupywhole egg shell in component part became little and little, and Ca suddenly decreased during incubated for18~21 days.
