深入实施送温暖工程 ,必须科学定位 ,群策群力 ,突出重点 ;必须建立健全组织网络和行之有效的工作机制 ,坚持“输血”与“造血”相结合 ,全面促进各项工作的落实。

The author thinks that the trade unions must pool the wisdom and efforts of everyone and stress the main points in the “the Warmth Project”. The trade unions should build and perfect organization net and an effective work mechanism in order to improve various works.
