Society's progress, the time's development, the improvement of the workers' quality and the change of spirit have high requirements of ideological and political work of trade unions. So, the workers' ideological and political work develops with the times. The trade unions must combine with the workers' ideological reality, work reality, life reality in order to develop the ideological and political work.
