贯彻《工会法》应坚持“三统一”

Three Unifications" are Required to Implement the Trade Unions' Law

贯彻落实新《工会法》 ,要树立科学辩证的方法论观点 ,必须坚持宏观维护与微观维护的统一 ,坚持行使权力与履行义务的统一 ,坚持党对工会的领导与工会独立自主开展工作的统一。否则就要背离重大政治原则 ,在贯彻《工会法》活动中出现重大阻碍。

To implement and fulfil the new Trade Unions' Law, we have to set up scientific and dialectical methodology. At the same time, we have to stick to the unification of macroscopic and microscopic maintenance, the unification of performing rights and fulfilling obligations and the unification of the leadership of the Party over the trade unions and the independence of the trade unions to carry our their own work. If not, we will deviate from significant governmental policies and meet with serious obstacles in the activities of implementing Trade Unions' Law.
