WTO基本法律原则与中国行政法

我国行政法律制度与WTO九项基本法律原则所体现的公正、公平、自由、公开的价值观念 ,尚存在较大差距 ,主要表现为差别对待、制度壁垒等。必须重塑现行制度 ,以适应现代化、全球化的要求。

There is still a wide gap between the administrative legal system of China and the values of justice, fairness, freedom, and openness, which are embodied in the nine basic legal principles of WTO. The main gap is in the following aspects: different treatment, system barriers, etc. The existing system must be reshaped to accommodate to the requirements of modernization and globalization.
