WTO对我国司法审查制度的影响是多方面的 ,包括司法审查的范围、审查程度、司法独立、诉权的保护范围 ,乃至司法审查的公正、效率原则等 ,必须抓住入世所带来的契机 ,完善国内司法审查制度 ,确保司法审查的客观、公正 ,减少引发国际经贸争端的机率。

WTO has influenced the judicial review system of China in many aspects, including the scope of judicial review, the degree of judicial review, judicial independence, the protecting scope of litigious rights, and even the principle of justice and efficiency in the judicial review. The opportunities arising from the access to WTO must be seized to perfect the domestic judicial review system, to ensure that judicial review is objective and just, and to reduce the probability of international trade disputes.
