实施公安院校体育教学目标管理 ,使教学管理进一步系统化、规范化、制度化、科学化 ,对提高教学质量、促进教学改革起到积极作用。公安院校警体教师如何才能优化体育教学 ,并以此为中心兼顾其它工作 ,这都涉及教学管理问题。对警体教学实施目标管理 ,是一项复杂的管理工程 ,不仅体现在管理规章制度健全上 ,而且涉及与其他部门的协调、师资队伍素质的建设、指标量化过程把握的尺度等。

Police physical education plays a very important role in public security colleges.In order to further the teaching quality and reform,the paper argues that it is necessary to enforce the management objective of police physical education in public security colleges.However,it is a complex and physical education-centered procedure and project,for it involves not only establishing the rules and regulations, coordinating with other departments related and developing the quality of teaching facilities,but also the index qualification of teaching management.
