摘要
本文对福州市老年人、成年人、幼儿的体质现状及体育锻练情况进行了调查分析研究 ,研究结果对指导我市全民健身活动的科学发展 ,以及今后长期动态地观察这三类人群的体质状况变化 ,对群众体育政策法规的实施有积极作用和参考价值。
A research has been made mto the topic on the state of physique and the sitiuation of physical training of people in Fuzhou, including the adult, the aged and the young.The result is of positive effect and referential value in directing the development of the whole people's body-building in Fuzhou,in dynamically observing the changes of physique of the three kinds of people in future, also in making and enforcing the policies and laws for mass sports activities.
