Primier Zhou En lai was the pioneer of the Olympic Games in China. He organized the sports contingent with foresight and sagacity. He put forth the sports ideology conforming to the actuality of China. He helped vitalize the Chinese Womens volleyball and changed the world pattern by using Pingpang diplomacy. He also defended state sovereignty by helping China re enter the International Olympic Committee.
