A research on step locus and promoting hurdling results

就跨栏跑步点轨迹进行了实验性教学研究 ,证明合理的步点轨迹对提高普通大学生的跨栏跑成绩效果显著。通过教学实验 ,针对跨栏跑的特点和具体问题 ,采取相应的教学方法 ,运用现代化的教学手段 。

This article made an experimental teaching research on step locus of hurdling and demonstrated that reasonable step locus was obviously effective in promoting students hurdling results. In view of characteristics and concrete problems of hurdling,relative modern teaching methods were used in the experimental teaching for better teaching results and quality.
