摘要
就跨栏跑步点轨迹进行了实验性教学研究 ,证明合理的步点轨迹对提高普通大学生的跨栏跑成绩效果显著。通过教学实验 ,针对跨栏跑的特点和具体问题 ,采取相应的教学方法 ,运用现代化的教学手段 。
This article made an experimental teaching research on step locus of hurdling and demonstrated that reasonable step locus was obviously effective in promoting students hurdling results. In view of characteristics and concrete problems of hurdling,relative modern teaching methods were used in the experimental teaching for better teaching results and quality.
