摘要
采用正交试验设计的方法对普通高校大学生的中长跑教学训练进行研究 ,分析了在中长跑教学训练中强度、间歇、速度、耐力之间的关系及其交互影响 。
The authors studied middle and long distance run teaching and training with mutual experiments and analyzed the relationships and influences between intensity,interval,speed and endurance. Optimal matches of the methods were found and better teaching results were achieved.
