Application of Nd:YAG Laser Capsulolysis for the Posterior Capsular Fold

应用掺钕钇铝石榴石(Nd:YAG)激光对52例白内障囊外摘除(ECCE)和后房人工晶体置入(PC-10L)后的后囊膜皱褶(PCF)做激光囊膜松解术(LCL)。单脉冲激光能量为0.4～1.1mJ。每眼平均总能量为24.1mJ。术后视力增进率达100%。未发现明显并发症。

Authors had applied laser capsulolysis for 52 cases of eyes having posteriorcapsular fold after extracapsular cataract extraction and posterior chamber artificialintraocular lens implantation by means of Nd:YAG laser since 1988 to 1992.Laserenergy of a single pulse is 0.4 to 1.1 mJ,and the total curing energy needed per eye wasaveragely 24.1 mJ.Visual improvement rate after treatment reached to 100% withoutapparent complications.
