试题的不公平是指由于题目内容对于某些考生出现了第二维度 ,而这一维度又不是出题者想要测量的 ,我们就说这类题目对于这部分考生是不公平的。根据我们的研究 ,在HSK的试题中存在着对某些群体的不公平。并且 ,考生的背景越复杂 ,及早引入试题公平性的分析就显得越为重要。本文在借鉴国际上对试题进行公平性分析的理论和方法的同时 ,意欲拟订在HSK中实施公平性分析的具体措施。

If an item has a second dimension for some examinees,which isn't wanted,we call it unfairness.According to our research,there are some unfair items in HSK. The more complicated background the examinees have,the more necessary the analysis on the fairness of item is.This paper uses the international theories and methods to work up specific measures for analyzing the fairness of item in HSK.
