Surgical Treatment of Craniopharyngioma

报告用不同方式和入路治疗颅咽管瘤77例。CT 和MR 的普及应用,显微外科的发展,应争取全切除肿瘤。未全切除者术后辅以放疗,以延迟复发。放置贮液囊、内放射治疗仅暂时缓解症状。对颅咽管瘤伴发高泌乳素血症、全切除有关问题、手术入路作了讨论。

77 patients of craniopharyngioma treated by varied operative methods through different approaches were reported.At present,with clinical use of CT,MRI,hormone and microcurgery,total tumor removal can be done.For those incomplete removal cases, postoperative radiotherapy can be used in order to delay the recurrence.While placing yaer resommavoir for internal radiotharapy would only bring about temporary relief. Hormonal derangement in craniopharyngioma with high prolactin,the technique of total removal and setection of operative approach were discussed.
