摘要
对32例经延迟脊髓造影CT 证实的脊髓型颈椎病伴有相应平面的脊髓空洞症的分析,认为其脊髓空洞的形成是脊髓型颈椎病脊髓损害的结果,是颈椎病发病机理中的因素之一,也常是颈椎病手术效果令人失望的原因。同时对其发病机理及检查方法进行了探讨。
Analysis of 32 cases of cervical spondylotic myelopathy comparied with
related-level of syringomyelia was studied by as delayed computer tomographic myelogra-
phy(CTM).We found that syringomyelia was one of pathogenic changes of cervical
spondylotic myelopathy.Therefore,it makes the surgical therapeutic effect of cervical
spondylotic myelopathy being unsatisfactory.The pathogenesis and the method of examina-
tion of syringomyelia were also discussed in this paper.
