社会主义市场经济本质上要求有计划地进行宏观调控。这需要国家通过多种经济手段进行直接或间接加以调节。宏观调控 ,必须规范经济新秩序、必须要求按比例发展等方面 。
The socialist market economy, in essence,calls for macro control by the government in a planned way.The control may be direct or indirect and is held by kinds of economic means,including standardizing the new economic order and developing all sectors of the economy in proportion.
