This paper discusses the superiority and tendency of the computer′s distance net in the aspects that the computer′s distance education is an important mode of education in future,that the continual eucation is an existance idea for the knowledge economy,and that the computer′s distance net is a school of the contiual education,and puts forward its conclusions.
