椎管内神经鞘瘤(附14例报告)

Intraspinal Neurilemmoma—A Report of 14 Cases

收治14例椎管内神经鞘瘤,皆经手术和病理证实。12例位于髓外硬膜下,胸段9例,腰段3例,10例以根性痛为首发症状,7例有胸腹部束带感或感觉过敏区,卧位或腰穿后症状加重。脊髓造影13例有定位意义。肿瘤可经彻底切除而治愈。

From February 1988 to September 1991.14 cases of intraspinal neurilemmoma had been treated by operation and verified by pathology.All patients were followed for 5 and 48 months(average 29.9 months).In 12 cases,tumors were distinctly extramedullary and subdural in location.9 cases were in thoraci and 3 cases in thelumbar regions.10 cases presented redicular neuralgic pain at the onset.And 7 cases had band-like restrictivegirddle sensation or hyperesthesia in the thoracic and abdominal regions.The clinical symptoms of the patientsmight be exacerbated in horizonted supine position or after lumbar punctrue.Myelography in 13 cases revealed thesignificance of localization.
