摘要
我院12年间共收治肱内翻9例,平均年龄14.2岁。患侧上臂短缩平均5.6cm。肩关节外展受限平均40°。X 线片肱骨上端骨骺内翻畸形,骨骺线与肱骨干长轴平行,头干角平均96°,合并肱骨外科颈骨折4例,6例作肱骨头下楔形外展截骨术矫正,均获满意效果。
Humerus varus is a comparatively rare deformity of unknown etiology.The characteristic roentgenographic appearance consists of varus deformity of the humeral head.We have observed 9 cases.The av-erage age of patients in this series is 14.2 years.The major clinical problem is shortenign of the arm average for 5.6cm.There is limitation of abduction of the shoulder joint in about 40 degrees.X—ray reveals epiphysis varus de-formity of the head.The upper humeral epiphyseal plate is more or less parallel to the longtitudinal axis of thehumerus.4 cases have had fracture of the surgical neck of humerus.The treatment of choice for humerus varus iswedge osteotomy,which was done in 6 cases with gratifying results.
