摘要
20世纪 80年代后半期以来 ,印度软件产业取得了举世公认之快速发展。尽管目前其在印度国民经济发展中地位还不算高 ,但是它已经并将继续对印度经济发展产生重大的影响。因此 ,本文着重向人们指出印度软件产业发展对我国的启示。印度发展软件产业的经验告诉我们 ,要加速我国软件产业的发展 ,需要充分认识软件产业在社会经济发展中的地位和作用 ,制定正确的软件产业发展战略 ,形成促进软件产业发展的有利环境 ,严格把握软件开发的产业标准 ,注意完善软件人才的培养方式等。
What China may learn from development of software industry of India is that (1) important position and role of software industry in social and economic development in a country should be fully realized; (2) a correct strategy of development be worked out and adopted; (3) a favorable environment be created for development; (4) a strict standard of development be established; (5) efforts be made to train a large number of qualified special personnel if China wants to develop her software industry rapidly.
