草莓低氧贮藏环境的研究 被引量:2

摘要 本文以草莓在低氧贮藏环境中的呼吸特征为研究基础,建立了草莓的呼吸模型和品质控制模型,确定了草莓低氧贮藏理想的环境条件,并用模糊数学模型和理化检验模型评价了理想贮藏环境的保鲜效果。 Based on the resarch of respiration propeties of strawberry in low oxgen storage, the respiration model and quality control model were established to defermine the ideal circumstance of strawberry in LOS, and the storing effect was evaluated by the fuzzy mathematical model and the physical-Chemical testing model.
