高原训练对国家短道速滑运动员细胞免疫功能的影响 被引量:20

摘要 研究目的:进一步监控和探讨亚高原训练对国家队短道速滑运动员免疫功能的影响。研究方法:采用先进的流式细胞单克隆抗体双标记技术检测分析了国家短道速滑队员备战2002年冬奥会期间3次亚高原训练及其前后的细胞免疫参数(T淋巴细胞及其亚型)变化。主要结果和结论:常规运动训练对高水平短道速滑运动员的细胞免疫功能影响不大,其机体细胞免疫功能处于一种相对稳态;亚高原训练则显著影响高水平短道速滑运动员的细胞免疫功能。建议:在研究运动训练对高水平运动员免疫功能影响时,应考虑到环境因素的作用,尤其是高原和亚高原环境的影响;在亚高原和高原训练中,应十分重视监测运动员免疫功能的变化,以便及时发现问题及时处理。 In order to observe the immune changes of the National Short Track Speed Skaters in the altitude training;Tlymphocytes and their subsets were analyzed through flow cytometry during the period of preparing the 2002 Winter Olympic Games.It was founded that the regular training had no significant effects on the high-level speed skaters cell immunology parameters,however,training at medium-level altitude alters some.Although the changing mechanism should be discussed further,the results suggested that the environmental elements,such as altitude exposure,need to be considered, when evaluating the impact of the training on immune function.Secondly,when performing the altitude training, the monitor of immune function should be included.
