摘要
目的:观察大鼠不同强度运动后心肌细胞调亡及其抗氧化能力的改变,探讨运动性疲劳的机理。方法:采用流式细胞术及原位缺口末断标记法(TUNEL)检测大鼠不同强度运动后心肌细胞凋亡。同时检测心肌细胞超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和丙二醛(MDA)的含量。结果:运动后心肌细胞调亡增加;并且随着运动强度的加大细胞调亡百分率升高(P<0.01);反映心肌抗氧化能力的SOD活性显著降低,而MDA含量显著升高。结论:运动可诱导心肌细胞调亡,而运动后心肌细胞抗氧化能力下降,可能是调亡发生的机制之一。
Objectives-To observe the changes in apoptosis and antioxidative capability of rats's cardiomyocytes after varied intensive exercise in order to probe into the mechanism of exercise-induced fatigue.Research methods-the rat's cardiomyocyte apoptosis was investigated with flow cytometry and TUNEL.The concentrations of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and malonaldehyde (MAD) were measured at the same time.Results-The rat's cardiomyocyte apoptosis was induced by exercise and the percentage of apoptosis cells increased significantly in concomitant with the increase of exercise intensity (P<0.01).It was also observed that the concentration of SOD in rat's cardiomyocyte decreased,while that of MAD increased fignificantly after exercise.Conclusion-Exercise can induce rat cardiomyocyte apoptosis,which might be the result of decreased antioxidative capability of cardiomyocytes after exercise.
