针对宜昌市城区社会体育指导员工作较薄弱的情况 ,通过对宜昌市城区社会体育指导员的基本情况、工作状况及影响指导工作的因素等方面的了解 ,提出解决问题的对策和建议 。

In accordance with the weakness in the social sports instructors' work of the city zones in Yichang, through the investigation of their basic situation, working condition and factors affecting their work measures and suggestions for solving the problem were put forward to provide reference for the decision-making department concerned.
