摘要
采用文献资料分析法并结合多年的足球教学与训练中的总结 ,对我国足球运动员耐力训练中存在的几个主要问题进行了初步探讨。分析研究表明 :足球运动员耐力训练应从有氧耐力训练入手 ,无氧耐力训练应建立在良好发展的有氧耐力过程的基础上 ;应根据足球运动能量供给的比例、不同训练周期或训练阶段的任务确定有氧与无氧耐力训练的比重 ;足球运动员耐力训练的方式应更接近于足球比赛实战的情景 ;
Based on the experiences summed up in football teaching and training for many years several important problems in the endurance training of the Chinese football players were explored preliminarily by the method of document analysis. It was shown that the endurance training of football players should start with aerobic endurance training, and the anaerobic training should begin on the basis of the well developed aerobic endurance training. The proportion of the aerobic and anaerobic training should be determined in accordance with the ratio of the energy supply in football training and the tasks of different training cycles or training session. The endurance training mode of the footballers should approach the actual situation of a football match. Only by comprehensively avaluating the distance of the 12min. run and the analysis of the blood lactate value can the aerobic endurance level of the footballers be reflected objectively.
