摘要
本文叙述了当笫一茬蔬菜以不同锌浓度的水灌溉后,经过四年的连续种植,尽管蔬菜品种不一,但其各主要器官的锌积累与第一茬相一致。说明土壤一旦被重金属污染,即便多茬种植后,依然有锌的积累。只有严格控制污水中的重金属含量,才能在污灌农田生产出符合食品卫生标准的蔬菜。
A field experiment in successive years was conducted to study on the influence of Zinc on vegetables through irrigation in the first year with Zinc-containing water in different concentrations. The test vegetables of different varieties showed the similar trend that the Zinc amounts accumulated in the organs of the plants grew in the successive years were consistent with that in the first year. It suggests that once soils are contaminted by Zinc, the heavy metal will be available for vegetables for years. So it is necessary to strictly control the heavy metal concentrations in irrigation water for the production of vegetables conformable to the Hygienic Standard of Foodstuff.
