摘要
老年人常年坚持太极拳运动和篮球运动都可以对骨骼系统形成良性刺激 ,有效地减少体内骨矿物质的自然丢失 ,使老年人骨密度保持稳定 ,并有效调节骨钙与血钙之间的动态平衡。但可能是运动强度或者是运动年限的影响 ,篮球运动在骨密度和和骨矿物质的保持方面作用更明显。
The study want to find if the basketball and the Taij have some different effect on bone metabolism in old adults.Results show that both Taiji and basketball can have effective stimulus to skeletal muscles, decrease the loss of bone minerals, keep the bone density stable, and modulate the dynamic balance between bone calciumand and serum calcium.Compared with Taij, the basketball has a better effect in keep the bone metabolism stable.
