One of the main purposes of physical education is the learning of motor skills. Teaching methods of physical education is one of the important factors that may exert influences on motor learning. Motor learning study shows that lead up method is of positive significance in respects of transfer, practice variability, feedback, and motivation to theoretical study and practical exploration of motor learning.
