摘要
随着竞技体操技术的快速发展及国际体操评分规则的频繁修改,《男子体操教学训练大纲》已渐失去其先进性与时效性。通过对《男子体操教学训练大纲》在我国执行现状的调查研究,指出了在执行当中存在的某些问题,并提出了一定的完善意见和建议。
With the fast development of Gymnastics technique and the frequent amendment of Gymnastics rule, gradually, the man s Gymnastics teaching and training outline has lost it's advancement and actual effect . In the paper, the author pointed out some problems of it in practice and put forward some definite amending suggestions.
