The necessity of the reform of PE teaching and its concrete method and measure from 4 aspects under new situation have been explained.It has made an analysis of the teaching method that how to arouse the students'study enthusiasm,to train their consciousness of self-training and to propose that the reform of PE teaching be imperative with the combination of psychological characteristics and inexorable trend of the social development of present students.
