浅谈低氧环境下运动员的生理变化
The differences of physiological parameters between low oxygen circumstance and the normal oxygen condition
摘要
高原低氧情况下可以改变人体的肺通气量、血液携氧能力、心输出量、血管网化等,冬季运动项目教练员可以通过了解这些生理指标的改变来有针对性的对运动员进行高原低氧的训练。
