摘要 通过对速滑专业学生采用心理训练来恢复体能的探讨,使学生能够按计划完成训练任务,并能把状态调整到比赛时高峰期,从而取得好成绩。实验证明,在运动员疲劳期做一定的心理恢复训练是一种有效的方法。
