本文阐述了素质教育观下学科教学的基本要素 ,以及体育教学以身体练习为基础和核心的特点 ,构建了中学体育“自主、合作、创新”的课堂教学模式 ,并以中学体育课堂教学作为实例进行说明 ,并对此模式的操作提出了具体要求 ,最后本文谈了一下实施体会 ,以期进一步发展。

This article states the essential factors of course teaching of the idea of quality education. The character of P.E. teaching is body practice as the basic and nucleus. It created a course teaching model for P.E. lesson of middle school .That is ---VOLUNTARINESS, COOPERATION, CREATION. It takes the middle school P.E. teaching as the living example to illustrate. And it puts forward the specific demands how to operate the model. At the end of the article,it talks about the realization of enforcement. The model should be improved.
