高校素质教育与大学生终身健身意识的培养

On Quality Education in Universities and Training of the Sense of Lifelong Physical Training of College Students

通过对素质教育的涵义、终身健身意识的涵义、学校体育与素质教育的关系论述了素质教育在高校体育教育中的地位 ,分析了高校大学生体育锻炼的现状和存在的问题 ,探讨了实施素质教育与大学生终身健身意识培养的途径。

Through discussing the meaning of quality education,sense of lifelong physical training and the relationship between physical education in universities and quality education,this paper describes the role played by quality education in physical education of universities,analyzes the current situation and problems of physical training of college students and also explores the ways,methods and importance of implementing quality education and developing college students sense of lifelong physical training.
