摘要
从社会保险和商业保险视角对美国的竞技体育、大众体育和学校体育 3个领域的体育保险现状及其体育保险的监管制度进行了探究 ,归纳出美国体育保险的主要特征 。
From the angle of social and commerical insurance, the author discusses the present situation and supervise institution of sports insurance in the fields of competitive sports, mass sports and school sports, sums up some main characters of American sports insurance, provides the some beneficial references for perfecting the sports insurance in our country.
