摘要
回顾了我国体育教练员继续教育的历史 ,分析了我国体育教练员岗位培训的成绩 ,提出体育院校是体育教练员接受继续教育的基地的观点 。
This article reviews the history of our coach's continued education, analyzes the achievement of on job training, put forwards the viewpoint that the sports college is the base for continued education. On job training has positive significant to improve the level of coaches.
